click on + next to goods to open the form.

Next fill out

• Item number - unique reference number for the material to be transported

• Material description

• quantity & unit of measurement

• Order reference number - front he original customer purchase order number (helps in finding back goods later on in searches)

• Delivery number references - ID from your ERP system

click on save.
